This is the first time I have tried Zeolite (I have a myriad of health problems) and from the first day of taking it I feel it is working to pull heavy metals and toxins from my system. Hello Jen, It should be safe to do as it’s a natural mineral that traps the toxins (it’s what I used to get my mercury fillings out without a headache.) That’s why It’s what I always take for detox even if I take other supplements, if there are toxins coming up the zeolite traps it, and since it can’t be absorbed it is released when you eliminate (urinate.) Check with a holistic doctor if you have any concerns (medical doctor’s won’t have a clue.) There should be no age limits, just use less (1/4 for young kids, 1/2 for pre teen, 3/4 to full for teens.)
Will this only attach toxins or will it pull vitamins and minerals too?
